Syrups & Sharbat Processing Plant

FPS range of Syrups and Sharbat processing includes complete setup for processing a range of fruits and flavours, each one having a tailor designed process specially designed basis on the process requirement for particular flavour. The plant specifications can be further classified on the following:

  • Type: Automatic or Semi-Automatic
  • M.O.C: S.S. 304, S.S. 316L
  • Volume: 500 to 2,000 kg per batch
  • Processing Sections: 
  1. Boiling: Tilting Kettles
  2. Crushing: Fruit Mills/Hammer Mills
  3. Pulping: Single Stage/Dual Pulper
  4. Syrup Preparation: Steam Jacketed kettles with scraper and agitator for dissolving higher concentrate of sugar into water, even high shear mixers may be used for certain higher concentrate syrups
  5. Filtration: Syrup Filter Press which are Highly efficient inline filters for up to 100 micron filtration comprising of transfer pump
  6. Cooling/Buffer: Jacketed Vessels with agitators
  7. Packaging: Filling unit followed by suitable sealing and capping
