Working Principle:

FPS steam cooking kettles works on the principle of indirect heating wherein the material is fed into the heating pan while the steam is supplied to the heating pan jacket specially designed for taking steam up to a pressure of 3 to 4 kg/cm2. The heating temperatures can be controlled by maintaining the jacket pressure, which means higher temperatures may need higher pressure steam and vice versa for lower temperatures. The scrapper agitators (optionally opted in kettles) make the process of heating more efficient by scrapping the walls of the pan and ensuring material being gently mixed simultaneous to the heating process.
