FPS provides tailor designed range of vessels comprising of a compatible mixing systems basis on the application. The range of our aqueous phase vessels are specially designed for applications where powders/solids are dissolved in the liquids, majorly solving the purpose of solubilizing and gelling, for powders/solids which form agglomerates into the liquids.  

Aqueous Phase Preparation vessel comprises of a Mixing Vessel of suitable capacity with a In-tank High Shear Homogenizer for efficient solubilizing of the tough solid into the liquid phase. The Vessel may have a heating or cooling jacket basis on the required process parameter customized to the needs.
