Ketchup & Sauce Preparation Plant

FPS provides a range of Ketchup & Sauce processing plants each setup is tailor designed to the required specifications basis on the formula and process parameters at each stage of the process. Each unit comprising of the compete processing station.

Ketchup and Sauces have a wide range of products namely Tomato Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Continental Sauce, Snack Sauce, and much more. Each of the product has different proportions of pulps of vegetables in the formulation while follows the same process of manufacturing. Therefore, FPS Ketchup and Sauce processing unit is versatile and has a wide range of product processed in the same unit.

FPS Ketchup and Sauce Processing Plant can be classified into following stations:

Pre- Processing Station

This station processes raw vegetables into puree or paste to the required brix or consistency.

Post-Processing Station

This station processes the paste/puree to final sauce or ketchup which is fed to the Packaging Station

Packaging Station

This station packs the prepared sauce or ketchup into desired forms of packaging may be sachet, bottle, pouches, etc.

Utility Station

This station is responsible to supplying necessary utilities namely electricity, water, chilled water, steam, air, etc. to each of the station for its operation.

FPS offers the following processes for a requirement of Ketchup & Sauce Processing Plant:

Pre & Post Processing Station

Compatible for processing raw material to prepares sauces and ketchup

Post Processing Station

Compatible for processing puree/paste/pulp to final prepared sauces and ketchup

A. Pre & Post Processing Station:

The unit comprises of a complete solution for processing raw vegetables to final prepares sauces. The process comprises of the following range of equipment:

  1. Washer: for Washing the Raw Vegetables 
  2. Fruit Mill: for Crushing the washed vegetable to coarse paste
  3. Pulper: for pulping the paste to fine pulp for cooking
  4. Pulp Collection Tank: for storing the prepared pulp for further processing
  5. Pulp Feed pump: for feeding the pulp to cooking kettles
  6. Aqueous Phase Preparation Vessel: for preparing the premix solution for each batch
  7. Aqueous Phase Feed pump: for Pumping the prepared pre-mix to the cooking kettles 
  8. Steam Jacketed Kettles: for preparing the final sauce/ketchup by cooking all the ingredients to required temperatures and mixing with the Inline Homogenizer
  9. Inline High Shear Homogenizer: for efficient mixing and homogenizing the ingredients into the pulp and achieve final smoothness of the sauce or ketchup
  10. Buffer Storage Vessel: for storing the prepared sauce or ketchup
  11. Filling Line Feed Pump: for feeding the prepared product to the filling station
B. Post Processing Station:

The unit comprises of a complete solution for processing vegetable paste/puree to final prepares sauces. The process comprises of the following range of equipment

  1. Aqueous Phase Preparation Vessel: for preparing the premix solution for each batch
  2. Aqueous Phase Feed pump: for Pumping the prepared pre-mix to the cooking kettles 
  3. Steam Jacketed Kettles: for preparing the final sauce/ketchup by cooking all the ingredients to required temperatures and mixing with the Inline Homogenizer
  4. Inline High Shear Homogenizer: for efficient mixing and homogenizing the ingredients into the pulp and achieve final smoothness of the sauce or ketchup
  5. Buffer Storage Vessel: for storing the prepared sauce or ketchup
