Inline Liquid Powder Mixer

Inline Liquid Powder High Shear Mixer is an indigenous unit having inline suction of powders to the liquid flow with dispersion tool to efficiently disperse the powders into the liquid to form a homogeneous solution. The Inline LPM comprises of a specially designed dual stage pumping and homogenizing working tools, namely the rotor and stator. The unit is widely used for efficient dispersion of liquid-powder mix having higher concentration of solids and high yields.

Disintegrator Dissolver

The unit is responsible for dis-integrating, dissolving, solubilizing, dispersing and homogenizing the coarse material directly into the material. FPS Disintegrated Dissolver comprises of a dual stage action.

Laboratory High Shear Mixer Homogenizers

FPS range of laboratory High Shear homogenizers comprises a sets of Stators and Rotors concentrically mounted. Laboratory Homogenizers provide vigorous shear force to the material ensuring better pre-mixing and lump-free formulation. Laboratory High Shear Homogenizers are preferred over any conventional laboratory mixer due to efficient mixing/shearing action between the rotor-stator.

High Speed Disperser

FPS Disperser range is designed for dispersion or mixing of different rheology behaviour exhibiting products and its primary purpose is to incorporate powders into liquid and break down particle agglomerates to produce a fine dispersion. Running at tip speeds up to around 25 m/s, the open disc blade of the High-Speed Disperser generates vigorous flow and creates a characteristic vortex into which powders or any solid ingredients are added for quick dispersion. This classic mixer can handle product viscosities from 1 cps to up to 50,000 cps.

GRC Combination Mixers

FPS provides specially designed triple helical design high speed mixing unit for perfect dispersion of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC). The mixer is equipped with high-end technology for efficient dispersion of the GRC. The mixer unit works in itself as a complete processing unit which can accommodate the formulation automatically basis on the input to the control panel while the dry material is hand fed from bags to the dry loading chute. Our GRC mixers are configured to mix sand/cement slurry which is of spray-able grade with high shear mixing at higher speed and have capability to be slowed to enable glass fibers to be added to the mix and blended well in the shortest time possible.
