Fruit Mill Crusher
FPS range of fruit and vegetable mill machines is suitable for crushing fruits and vegetables into particulates which may be varied depending on the requirement. Mostly fruit mill is used for breaking vegetables to form pickle and are also used for hard fruits and vegetables to be broken before processing further.
Fruit mills are used for fruit juice application for fruits and vegetables to be processed before final crushing for juice making.

Working Principle:
FPS fruit mill works on the principle of crushing of fruits and vegetable by shearing action wherein the material is fed into the feed hopper which is sucked into the eye of the rotor which expels the material outwards due to centrifugal force where the material is sheared off between the slotted stator head of the fruit mill. The fineness of the crushing depends on the gap between the slots. The crushed material is then fed to the material discharge where the output is collected.
