Vacuum Kettles
FPS range of Vacuum kettles are indigenous unit serving a wide range of applications like cooking, mixing, homogenizing and emulsifying under a hermetically sealed environment, which is vacuum. The process takes place under a controlled environment wherein vacuum is achieved in the range of -600 to -700 mm of Hg which is close of absolute vacuum pressure (i.e. -760 mm of Hg).

- High Shear Homogenizer (Bottom Mounted/Top Mounted/Inline Type) for perfect emulsification and smooth texture with adjustable shear rate for shear sensitive products
- Powders/Solids are directly sucked in through the loading hoppers automatically
- Vacuum ensures that the entrapped air/bubbles is sucked out from the material and ensures a smooth texture
- Automatic Control System with PLC based panel and HMI
